November - International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women The Alliance of internationalist feminists Berlin is not silent. Along with women worldwide, we organize to end violence inflicted on women; we protest and we strike. We witness the destruction of our lives and our world by the forces of patriarchy, capitalism and racism. We raise our voice and we resist! Violence against women is a system. It’s everywhere: at home, on the streets, at the workplace, in state institutions. It has always been a tool to keep women under control. To shut their mouths, to show them their place, to make an example of what happens to women who resist or simply don’t “behave.” We will not behave!
